About the Role
Are you an organized and friendly individual looking to embark on a career in the cannabis industry? We are seeking a Cannabis Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Legacy Greens, LLC. As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone who visits our dispensary.
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age (or state minimum legal age) and pass a background check.
Greeting and Check-In: Warmly welcome and check-in customers, ensuring a positive first impression.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments for consultations, ensuring a streamlined process for customers.
Customer Assistance: Provide information and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
Phone and Email Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties, such as maintaining records and handling customer documentation.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and state regulations governing the cannabis industry.
Knowledge of the cannabis industry is desirable but not required.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage appointment schedules and customer flow effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
Attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is a plus.
