About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Cannabis Budtender to join our team at Legacy Greens, LLC. As a Budtender, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, offering expert product guidance, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our valued customers.
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age (or state minimum legal age) and pass a background check.

Prior experience in the cannabis industry is a plus, but not required
Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening and effective communication.
Â
In-depth knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods (we will train in this area).
Â
Understanding of local and state regulations related to cannabis sales.
Â
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Â
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Â
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
Â
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods to provide accurate recommendations.

Sales and Consultation: Guide customers through product selection, dosage, and usage instructions, tailored to their individual needs.
Â
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all local and state regulations governing the sale of cannabis products.
Â
Inventory Management: Help manage inventory, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized retail space.
Â
Safety and Security: Promote a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff.
